The Space:

Morning light drifts across the ocean and city skyline as you step onto the private lanai, the breeze carrying the familiar rhythm of Waikiki below. From the 19th floor, you can ease into the day with coffee outdoors or unwind in the evening as Honolulu begins to glow. Just a short walk from the beach, shops, and dining, the setting keeps you close to the energy of the neighborhood while offering a calm place to return to.



Living space and layout

This one-bedroom rental unit is arranged for a relaxed and easy stay. The living area features two recliner sofas, a dining table for four, and a TV, with sliding doors that open directly to the lanai and extend the space outdoors. Fast wifi and a window AC unit help keep things comfortable, while the layout makes it simple to move between indoor and outdoor living.



Sleeping arrangements

The bedroom is separated by a sliding door and includes a king bed, its own TV, and clothing storage with a closet and dresser. Room-darkening shades and extra pillows and blankets support a restful night, whether you’re returning from the beach or settling in for a quieter evening.



Kitchen and dining

A full kitchen gives you the flexibility to prepare meals at your own pace, with a dedicated dining area that makes it easy to gather over breakfast or a relaxed dinner. The setup supports both quick bites before heading out and slower evenings spent inside.



Bathroom

The bathroom includes a bathtub and shower combination along with bathroom essentials to make settling in simple after a day out. Fresh towels and everyday conveniences are provided.

✨RECREATION DECK (6TH FLOOR)

The recreation deck at Waikiki Banyan is currently undergoing a complete transformation and is scheduled to officially reopen on May 15, 2026.



Once completed, this will be the largest recreation deck in Waikiki, entirely rebuilt with all-new amenities, landscaping, and furniture. The redesigned space will include:



• A large heated swimming pool

• Three brand-new hot tubs

• A brand-new sauna

• All new loungers and daybeds

• Modern barbecue and grill stations with seating

• A children’s playground

• A full tennis and play court



Everything on the deck will be new, beautifully designed, and ideal for families, couples, and longer stays.

The recreation deck and its amenities are not accessible prior to May 15, 2026. Some daytime construction activity may be present. Rates have already been adjusted accordingly.
