Golf and Beach Villa in Algarve, Portugal

Beautiful newly refurbished 4 bedroom villa, tastefully decorated, with pool, lawn and garden located between Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo in Quinta das Salinas at less than 5 minutes walking distance from Ancão beach (large sandy beach with famous “Dos Passos” restaurant). The area is surrounded by numerous golf courses. 5 minutes walking distance from Rio Formoza National reserve. Quinta Shopping Centre is at 10 minutes drive. Quinta Gym fitness Centre is at 5 minutes drive.


The accommodation includes entrance hall, guest bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area, dining & living room with fireplace and leading through large sliding doors to the pool terrace. Outside at the back of the kitchen is the charcoal barbeque and gas barbecue with spacious outdoor table and chairs nearby. Modern pool furniture. Free high speed Internet Wi Fi access is available for the guests.

Ground floor: there are two bedrooms (one double and one twin bedroom), both with en-suite bathrooms (massage baths) and A/C split units.

1st Floor: Spacious master bedroom with king-size bed, walk-in wardrobes, en-suite bathroom (massage bath), cable and satellite TV and leading to a private sun terrace. The guest bedroom (double bed) has views onto the pool and garden too and has en-suite bathroom (corner massage bath). Both bedrooms have A/C split units.

From the roof terrace can be seen the sea, the beach and surrounding pine forests. The terrace has a table and two chairs to enjoy the sunsets.

Why they chose this property

This is unique vacational place - between Quinta de Lago and Valle de Lobo . One of the best in Algarve, Portugal. Sunny all year around. The villa is modern. Recently renovated. Tastefully decorated. With fully equipped kitchen, barbeque area with large table with both gas and charcoal. Big swimming pool with area with seating sofas , chairs and table and a dining , garden with palms and fruit trees , capable to host 8 people as per sleeping spaces. All rooms are equal of approximately 20 sq meters with their separate bath rooms and toilets. balcony and terrace for sunbathing with entrance from the master bedroom. Roof terrace with buatiful 360 degrees view to breathtaking landscape: pine trees forests, hills villas and ocean.

What makes this property unique

Villa is surrounded by pine forests, clean sandy beach is at less than 10 minutes walking distance. The Rio Formoza Natural reserve is just in 50 meters from the door of the villa
