Wonderful waterfront home on Crescent Lake in Acworth/Unity NH.

Amazing home with spectacular views and sunsets. The house is 1800 square feet situated right on Crescent Lake with over 100 feet of lake-front and 20 minutes from Mt. Sunapee. Less than 50 feet right to your own dock and waterfront for swimming, boating, fishing or water skiing. Or perhaps just sit back, relax and enjoy the scenery with a glass of wine or cocktail while sitting on the dock or one of the two decks! The rental is equipped with 6 kayaks and 1 canoe. The dock has access to pebbly swimming area great for young children and older adults and the end of the dock is ~ 12 feet deep with a ladder. Serene views and exceptionally clean, warm lake. Crescent Lake is located in Acworth, NH right in the middle of quaint towns, including Acworth, Sunapee & Newport. Great shops, antiquing and more.

This gorgeous home has two bedrooms (1 queen and 1 double) and a bunk room for the kids (4+ twin beds) all upstairs, with full bath (walk-in shower). Downstairs is an open concept with 2 couches, chairs, lots of eating space and fully equipped kitchen and ½ bath. The large deck facing the water is wonderful for relaxing, dining, etc. The upper deck is great for morning coffee or sleeping under the stars.
Winter activities include Mt. Sunapee just a short 20 minute drive for great downhill skiing. Other winter activities include Ice fishing, snowmobile on the local trails (bring your sled and be sure to register in NH), snow shoeing or cross country skiing on the lake.
Fabulous location for fun in the sun, watersports, leaf peeping or just simply relaxing.

Great Lake house with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The lake is beautiful and great for swimming, fishing or exploring in one of the many kayaks provided. The fire pit was awesome for s’mores and gathering around at night. Plenty of room everyone to lounge or have some quiet time. Overall a great place to stay

Summer getaway.

We really enjoyed our time at this lovely lake home. The house is very well appointed and super clean and plenty of room. The lake is clean and lots of fun to kayak with not a lot of boat traffic.

This is a perfect lake house steps from lake crescent. It’s a very comfortable cabin with everything you need for a New Hampshire lake get-a-way. Brings me back to vacationing with my family in New Hampshire as a kid. Highly recommend this lake house/canin

Perfect lakeside vacation with our family

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at this house. We brought our two dogs along as well. The house had everything we needed, and could accommodate at least 8 people. We loved the dock area and spent lots of time fishing and swimming. The owner was easy to communicate with and quickly responded if we needed something. We would definitely go back next summer!

This house was an absolute dream get away. The property inside and out is very well kept! Everything was clean and neat and they do a fantastic job giving you everything you would need to enjoy your stay. Kayaks, floats, wood, even a tent with air mattresses outside! I was doubtful I would’ve found such a beautiful place, pet friendly, enough space, water front….. but THIS is the one. My family and I have not stopped talking about it and are already planning for next year’s trip hoping to make it longer.

Just Perfect

Second visit to Crescent Lake a few years ago we stayed at next door neighbor so we went to rebook he said he doesn’t rent out much any more but his neighbor does. This place is fantastic. 8 beds and a futon in four rooms upstairs and big open living space downstairs. Nice heard leading to private dock is again, just perfect. We love the lake, the fishing is exceptional and everyone on the lake is friendly. Tons of amenities, Beth is very generous with everything though we already had just about all we needed. I can’t say enough about the place, five of five stars across the board!

Great location for family vacation

Was a Christmas gift to our son, daughter in law and granddaughters from us. We couldn’t have asked for a better location for a great week on the lake! We had one stormy day but there were plenty of games for the kids to play inside, they hardly noticed the rain! We swam and kayaked, made so many great memories. Hoping this will become a tradition. Absolutely beautiful home with such a great location. Enjoyed coffee on the dock at dawn, and watched the sun set at night so very peaceful. Highly recommend this property for anyone wanting a getaway.

Skiing at Mt Sunapee

This cottage was so cute - great location right on the lake! My family and I went for a late spring ski getaway at Mt Sunapee (only about 30 minutes away!). A family of 7 and my dog were all very comfortable here and had a great time!

Family Summer Vacation

We have stayed at several vacation rentals through out the years this rental was the BEST by far. The cleanliness of the cottage, the proximity to the water and the fire pit that we enjoyed every night also the kayaks supplied by the owners made out week perfect. The lake is small and very user friendly, which we really enjoyed. We plan on returning next year. Thank you to the Carter/Page family for sharing their little piece of heaven!!!

Wonderful Lakeside Retreat

We spent a week at this wonderful lake side property. The cabin is beautiful and sleeps 8 comfortably. There is plenty of space and the cabin was clean and comfortable. The lake is perfect for swimming right off the dock. We spent the week swimming, kayaking and fishing. We never left the property. Beth (home owner) was responsive and helpful the few times we contacted her. We would love to go back and spend another week here!

Fun winter getaway at the lake

We enjoyed our time relaxing in the house. Very beautiful location on the lake, it was perfect for ice fishing and hiking on the ice. The house was warm, comfortable and had everything we needed. We provided the owner with feedback on improvements around cleaning and a leaking shower but these were not show stoppers. If you rent in the winter you will need to have a 4x4 or all wheel drive vehicle, it’s a steep snow covered approach onto the point where the house is located. We look forward to renting again.

Wonderful lakeside experience!

Perfect lake house for my family of five. Just steps away to a private dock, kayaks for everyone, beautiful fire pit surrounded by comfortable chairs looking out toward the lake, yard games, and more. We had one minor issue with the property, which the friendly and responsive owners rectified immediately. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxed, lakeside experience.

Peaceful, relaxing, full of all amenities. We enjoyed the kayaks, and there were plenty of floaties to use in the lake. Property was very clean, and felt comfortable for us. Cresent lake can very quiet, but sometimes also busy with many boats speeding by in the afternoon. Would definitely consider staying again!

Quiet and peaceful getaway

My Dad and I very much enjoyed our time at the lake home. Well equipped with more than everything you would need. We loved eating on the outside deck and enjoying the lake views. Kayaking was very nice as the lake is fairly peaceful and easy to paddle. Crescent Lake is a hidden gem!

Property was long overdue to be built. The land was in family since the 1960s. Finally decided to build a wonderful seasonal camp turned into all-season lakehouse. A beautiful spot with lots of sun centered in the middle of Crescent Lake in a slight inlet
