Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Extra linens and towels are available for use. If renter chooses to use them, launder, fold, and place back to bedroom closets prior to check out. Do not overload washer machine.
Remove personal items, including food and drinks. Properly bag all trash and recycling material. Remove all trash from property.
There are no Trash Services at Sunapee Hills. You will need to dispose of trask and recycling off site.
No Parties. Follow all Sunapee Hills Association rules, as posted in the kitchen.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The house resides in an HOA and there are quiet hours to be observed between 10pm and 630am (10am on Sunday).
