Loved the house, very clean and roomy, huge kitchen; easily sleeps at least 10 people or more if you needed to. TVs in almost every room (not that we had time for that) and two arcade-type video game consoles in the loft. It was absolutely perfect lodgings for our formal event. Lovely upscale neighborhood, new build. (Construction seems to be finished on the street, no need to worry about trucks or noise.) Communication with the host was rarely needed; but very quick responses when it was. We would absolutely consider this home for another large family event.

Jane's property is new, clean, roomy, and well-appointed. 4 adults and 3 kids were very comfortable and we didn't even use one of the bedrooms. The kids room with bunks, kids play area, and arcade games were total hits with the little ones. The roomy kitchen and hot tub were hits with the adults. Overall a perfect place to stay for our group.Communication was great and checkin/checkout processes were well-documented and easy to follow. One note: Multiple houses in the neighborhood are actively being constructed. While it was no burden to us, construction noise might be present during the week. Given the fact that the house is well-insulated, it is probably nothing a sound machine won't drown out for a napping infant. We would definitely stay here again for future Flagstaff getaways.

Brand new build, spacious house, multiple group lounging areas both indoor and out. Plenty of pillows, blankets, and towels. Great indoor playroom for kids. Steep staircase with no carpet/runner so be careful with littles! There’s no baby gate onsite so bring your own if you’re worried about safety. Board games upstairs and big wooden blocks outside for playing. Location is ok - close proximity to neighbors, neighborhood still being built, difficult to get out of neighborhood at times due to busy road. Owned by a company, not a person, so communication is less personal/ more generic. Hot tub is CHLORINATED to the max - it’s clean, but your eyes will burn!

Great get-a-way in the country. The place was very clean and had plenty of space for my family. The bunk beds worked out for the kids and the location/proximity to the town was optimal. Thank you.
