Southern Vermont Cottage - Read Our Arbnb reviews - 4.9!

Cozy but not small, this home is in a peaceful location with plenty of beds to house your family as you visit beautiful Vermont for skiing, hiking, swimming or shopping. Situated in historic Arlington (Vermonts first capital city!) Manchester Center, Dorset and Bennington are all within a 20 minute drive. Southern VT boasts many of the state's best restaurants and shopping, & the Southern Vermont Arts Center. Also nearby - Dorset Theater Playhouse, Dorset Quarry, Mt Equinox, Bromley Mountain, Mt. Snow and Stratton! Brand new kitchen, carpets and beds. The cottage has 3 bedrooms - one master with a King bed for the hosts, and two upstairs rooms with twin over full bunks - with the capacity to sleep 3 per room (if 2 are in the lower bunks). The office has a privacy door and (comfy) daybed which can be converted into a 4th room for another adult or couple. This is our retirement dream! So we hope our guests will both feel at home and also take as much care as we do to preserve it. :)

No food is allowed in the bedrooms or living room. We live in a wooded area and would like to remain 100% rodent free!
Report breakages right away. Things happen- but a heads up will help us to replace or repair for the next guests!

The property was lovely; the kitchen was modern and well equipped. Plenty of bedrooms and 2 comfortable sitting areas. It was perfect for our needs.
