Game Room – PlayStation, mini basketball hoop, karaoke, and more. Foosball-billiards combo table on the patio.
Private Pool & Spa / Hot Tub – Relax or splash around while enjoying stunning lake views.
Spa is designed for soaking and relaxation and does not include jets.
3 Full Bathrooms + 1 Half Bathroom – Comfort and convenience for larger groups.
Sleeps up to 16 Guests – Plenty of space for multi-family vacations or group getaways.

Bedroom 1 (Cinderella Suite): Luxurious king bed with royal charm and ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 2 (StoryBook): One double bed and two twin beds in a Storybook Disney theme.
Bedroom 3 (Alice in Wonderland): Twin-over-twin bunk bed and full-over-full bunk bed with whimsical details and colorful décor, plus ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 4 (Inside Out): Full-over-full bunk bed in an Inside Out Disney theme.
Bedroom 5 (Beauty and the Beast): King bed with Beauty and the Beast Disney theme.

Relax by the heated pool and spa / hot tub (no jets) while enjoying serene lakefront views
The community also offers resort-style features, including a clubhouse, large shared pool, fitness center, walking trails, and opportunities to spot Florida wildlife.

📝 House Rules
Minimum age to book: 25 years old
Rental agreement + driver’s license required upon booking
$500 security hold (processed securely via OwnerRez; not charged until 2 days before arrival and released 7 days after departure if no damages)
No smoking or pets
Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM
No unapproved parties, events, or fireworks
Parking on grass is prohibited
Missing or damaged linens/towels will be charged at replacement cost
Spa / hot tub is designed for soaking and relaxation and does not include jets.
