The host is wonderful! Very responsive to questions. The only negative is there is only one air conditioner in one of the bedrooms so the apartment can get a little warm. Fortunately it wasn’t a very hot weekend and the fans provided did the trick. It was very clean and comfortable which is always a priority for me. Thank you!

This home was perfect for a little getaway to Boston!! Super close to newbury street with many shops and close to Salem as well! The house was so clean and homey and Sarah was great at communicating. Would recommend to others!!

Wonderful home in great location with responsive host. Plenty of towels, trash bags, toilet paper, soap, etc provided. Full coffee setup was very nice. We were particularly impressed that they brought over salt and came to shovel when snow was in the forecast. The only thing we missed was having a washer/dryer.

N/A re family-friendly. We are both adults. It was clean and wonderful location. I could not find coffee filters so might have those more available. Also, did not find a corkscrew but other than that, it was well appointed, clean and a good stay.

This rental was a perfect hub for our early summer stay in Boston. We liked the nice beds and linens. The place was so clean. The porch was a fun place to sit in the mornings and watch rabbits, squirrels, and birds. It's located close to the train. The host helped us find bus routes to the train. The master has a window AC unit and a ceiling fan. The second bedroom has a strong floor fan. We kept the bedroom doors open so the cool air from the window AC would circulate to the kids room/fan. For the dishwasher, press the start button twice... until you hear the water turn on.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy and well kept home on a quiet, dead end street. Location was perfect for everything we were doing in Boston, Salem, and Marblehead. Close to the subway and other amenities you might need while traveling. Good hot water and kitchen is well stocked with dishes, etc. Will absolutely stay here again!

The host was quick to respond if we had any questions, very good place to stay for the price. My only complaint for a family of 5 traveling, I wish there was a washer/dryer. It was clean and had plenty of towels and dishes for us though!
