Right on the canal great for any fish lover. Great place for crabbing! Or you can just relax and enjoy the view. Boat/jet ski right up to the house.
Must be 25+ to book (no booking for someone else). Pets must be okay`d by owners prior to stay. There is a pet fee. Please include your pets when you book. Respect your neighbors. Noise ordinance after 10:30. Smoking allowed outside ONLY, and all cigarette butts must be put in provided butt cans. Any butts on the ground will result in additional cleaning fee. EV charging is not permitted. See our Rental Agreement for other rules.
