Property not as pictured on Vrbo. They need to purchase a lawn mower. Front porch and steps are rotting away. Floor inside has many spots that sink terribly when stepped on, indicating floor rot that they tried to cover with new floors, but did not fix the problem. Couch and chair in living area are so worn out, when you sit, it feels like you sink right to the floor. Shower is in the dark with a shower curtain to narrow, so the water splashes all over the floor. Outside area with picnic table not usable. Picnic table rotted and covered in moss.
