Heated pool this year 3/6 thru 4/12 around spring break time , two close walking beach access, 3rd close one for parking.
New owners 3/2018 awesome location on 30A, Rollin Tide is tucked away in quiet location, heated pool around spring break starting in March,close to three Publix beach access within 200 yards.
Enjoy one of the most beautiful beaches in the US! Located along Florida's Emerald Coast, Seagrove Beach has Caribbean-like white sand and blue-green gentle water. Only 1 1/2 miles to Seaside, and nestled in between Grayton Beach and Rosemary Beach. Our 1 bedroom condo was recently purchased and completely renovated with lots of new furnishings and décor. We even have a brand new tub and shower. Our east facing porch is the perfect place for morning coffee and an afternoon cocktail in the shade. There's a new queen sleeper sofa for the kids or your guests. A newly purchased mattress and box spring 3/22 romantic queen size bed bedding will make for restful nights. The beach is only a 200 yard walk, and we've provided beach chairs and a beach cart for your convenience. There's a beautiful pool just outside your door- no steps or stairs. Keurig coffee maker or regular coffee makerkitchen, Two TV's, cable and internet will meet all your needs. Walk or bike to several local restaurants and shops. We've tried to think of everything to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Don’t miss Seaside, walk or bike, so much to do there. 30A is endless beach, look it up! Close restaurants to walk Angelina’s pizza, 30A local favorite. You don’t ever have to leave 30 A to have a spectacular vacation.

Why they chose this property
I fell in love with the 30A life many years ago, owned in Blue Mountain for over 20 years. Moved away several years ago across the bay. We missed the sand between our toes and the beautiful sunsets and the relaxed life that the beach offers. This little villa caught our attention and we fell in love, perfect get away and close to everything on 30A.
