This listing includes two Spacious Garden Studio Units for up to 4 Guests including children and infants.

Located on 22 lush acres overlooking the Pacific Ocean, The Cliffs Resort in Princeville is the perfect spot for couples, families, or small groups. Whether you're exploring Hanalei Bay, Anini Beach, or hiking the stunning Na Pali Coast, these two connected studio units offer comfort and affordability.

Studio A (approximately 500 sq. ft.): Spacious second-floor studio with a King Bed, full kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven/stove), and a private lanai with tropical views.
Studio B (approximately 350 sq. ft.): Cozy second-floor hotel-style studio with a King Bed, Smart TV, and private bathroom. The unit offers a private balcony/lanai overlooking the parking area.

Combined, these two units accommodate up to 4 guests including children and infants, ideal for families or friends traveling together. Ceiling fans and portable fans are provided. The condo does not have AC.
Each unit has its own full bathroom, with Unit 1208-A additionally offering a kitchen and dining area.
Shared washer/dryer between both studio units.
Parking fee: $15/day + taxes (Rate subject to change and is paid directly to the front desk). Free Wi-Fi. No Resort Fees.

Great location

It’s a beautiful location with nice amenities. I really enjoy the spotless bbq grills and area. The pool and recreation area were great. I forgot my book and the library was helpful. Close to a lot of activities and Hanalei.

New Years stay

We had a great week here. The room was as promised, clean, and ready. Lots to do in Hanalei Bay a short drive away. Bed was comfy. The only two suggestions for improvement would be a more soundproof and sturdy front door as you share a hallway and a larger TV.

A Perfect Little Getaway in *Incredible* Location

I almost don’t want to leave a review because I don’t want others to discover this property! This rental is the perfect size for a solo traveler like myself or a couple. Huge, comfortable bed, nice kitchen, full size bathroom, and comfortable outdoor balcony space. And the location cannot be beat! Amazing cliffside views on the property, 10 minutes from downtown Hanalei, and 20 minutes from the most sublime beaches you’ve ever seen. 10/10 stars!!!! ⭐️ I hope to visit again soon!

Spectacular setting on the Garden Isle

This condo has everything needed for a comfortable stay and is located in a lush tropical jungle only steps from the ocean: Beautiful vistas on groomed lawns facing the ocean, tennis and pickle bar courts, and an enviable location. The only negative was the roosters crowing loudly from 3 am till 7 … hard to sleep in.

Resort Bubble stay

We needed to stay at a "resort bubble" during quarantine and the Cliffs, and this unit, fit the bill. Bed was comfortable, unit was clean and kitchen was fairly well equipped. We are annual visitors to Kaua'i and normally stay in Poipu so the weather on the north shore is somewhat of a bummer for us; saw the sun maybe 3 hours in 4 days.

Reasonably priced unit in beautiful Princeville

This property is a nice studio-style unit with a pretty tree and garden view off the lanai. My husband and I found the king-sized+ bed to be overly large and would have liked a smaller bed with room for a comfortable sitting sofa or chairs. Overall, we had a nice stay at this property.
