15 Reasons Our Guests Never Want to Leave

When people stay at our Princeville Paradise, they don't want to leave. And we love that.

I hear from them that they love the privacy and the open floor plan and that it has been completely remodeled. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, comfortably sleeps up to 6, and has two lanais, one on ground level and another in the primary bedroom upstairs overlooking the golf course. It has stainless steel appliances, full kitchen amenities, and bamboo floors. It's an end unit, so even though the condo has one attached, it feels very private and secluded.

Our location, right next to the Westin Resort in Princeville, offers unparalleled convenience. Some of our guests enjoy a leisurely walk to the resort for their morning Starbucks, lunch, or dinner at Nanea Restaurant or a sunset cocktail by the pool. Others appreciate the proximity to the Makai Golf Course, one of the World's Most Stunning Golf Courses. And with Wyllie Beach just a 5-minute hike down the hill, you'll feel like you may never have to leave. This short hike leads to a long, beautiful private beach. For those who prefer to drive, the beautiful Anini is only 5 minutes away.

But don't miss Queens Bath hike (5 min. drive) Plus Anini Beach 10 min. and Lumaihi Beach is spectacular 15 min. away There are many more beaches near us and Famous Napali Coast Hike is very famous too.

Our stay was amazing. The condo is very comfortable and Ron was immediate with his email communication to all our questions. We had a party of six staying at the condo for our daughter's wedding. Ron (and the condo itself) was accommodating by providing us with an iron for our wedding clothes and allowing us to have a small dinner reception after the ceremony. We enjoyed how close we were to Wyllie Beach. The trail was steep and slippery but totally worth the hike! We are in our 50's and handled it carefully but also had so much fun being in the jungle and looking at the overwhelming foliage. We walked to the Princeville shops a lot and enjoyed how conveniently close it was. The condo itself is comfortable, met all our needs and made us feel at home. It could have been a bit more clean but overall, that was the least of our worries while having the most memorable and exciting time in Kauai. Thank you Ron!

Our small wedding reception dinner from L&L BBQ in Hanalei. Extremely tasty and made for a perfect, easy to serve dinner.

The bride and groom had Holey Grail donuts for their "cake" and we used a hula girl and tiki guy for the "wedding cake toppers".

Hiking down the trailhead to Wyllie's Beach. Amazing flora and foliage. Steep and slippery after the night of rain but we navigated it well. Wear shoes. About a 10 minute hike but totally worth it!

Our family absolutely enjoyed every moment of our stay. We used to be owners at Puamana and there have definitely been some beautiful upgrades in the complex since we were last there. The area is incredible. This was our first time with a 3 1/2 year old so it was a little different then our other visits but enhanced by his joy of life. Anini beach and Hanalei Bay were perfect for him and our family. We had quite a few cooking adventures in the well appointed kitchen and of course every morning we had to day hello to the local chickens and the shy grass. We are already dreaming of our next visit and would be thrilled to stay at Ron and Pam’s condo again.

We spent a week here and it was great. Close to many great beaches and sights. House is very comfortable and inviting. Ron was a great host, a fan wasnt working and he fixed it very quickly. Highly reccomend this rental we really enjoyed our stay.

We chose this condo for many reasons, the proximity to Princeville shopping, we chose it because it it close to Hanalei Town and beaches, restaurants, hiking trails and beautiful surrounding mountains.
