Summer or Winter, Sun or Snow, this is the ideal vacation condo for family and friend getaways. This cozy 3 bd, 2 bath Beaver Creek condo is situated at the base of Beaver Creak (Arrowhead) mountain. Grab first chair via ski-in and ski-out access (2 min walk) or sip an apres drink at the Broken Arrow between runs. Enjoy some of the best views in town and easy access to restaurants and activities. This property has many unique features, including indoor garage, private ski locker, free local shuttle, heated pool and the best hot tub in the valley. In the summer time, enjoy extensive hiking trails, nearby fly fishing on the Eagle river, or valley bike trails that connect to all the farmers markets (10 min ride to Edwards or Avon). In either nearby town, you will find an assortment of restaurants, bars, movie theaters, and shopping.

Simple. Exactly what we needed for a ski weekend

Alec’s place was perfect for our stay. We had all the beds full and everyone was comfortable without feeling “on top” of each other. He was accommodating as he was available by cell phone as we actually reached out to him a few times! (We went to the wrong garage, whoops!) It is less than a 5 min walk to the ski lift (while wearing ski boots) and the run that leads down to where you walk back to the condo was a fan favorite of the trip! Win win! Hot tub and heated pool are also less than 5 min walking distance away. Any last minute grocery or refreshment runs were not a big deal as closest stores were only 10-15 min away. Great location! Simple instructions and easy maintence for a great ski weekend!

Great location and clean condo

Staying on the third floor of Pinecone Lodge in Arrowhead was great. The living space was a little smaller than expected (no full size couch, and little sitting space), but the condo had everything we needed. 4 twin beds and a queen (king?) in the master with two bathrooms on two levels. Having a ski locker and being walking distance to the lift was perfect! I would stay here again.

Awesome BC/Arrowhead rental

I decided on a last-minute trip to Beaver Creek and was fortunate enough that this place was still available. It's about a 100 year/meter walk to the lift at the base of Arrowhead, so there isn't a lot of time spent in transit to the slopes. And it's an even shorter walk to the pool/hot tub for an apres ski soak. I hope to be back in the summer given its prime location -- a short walk to the river for some fly fishing, golf, and, of course, the amazing hiking. Not to be forgotten, it's just up the road from both the Gore Range and Crazy Mountain breweries.

Great Condo, Amazing Location!

We had an amazing ski trip to Beaver Creek. The location of the condo was great. Very short walk to the lift in Arrowhead or the Shuttle to Beaver Creek. The underground heated garage and ski locker was a huge bonus. The condo was perfect for our family of 4. Plenty of space with very comfortable beds. The best part was how easy Alec was to work with. We will be back next year!
