This was a great place for us! Very clean, spacious, comfy bed, and parking spot right outside the door. Convenient drive to anywhere you would want to go in Waynesville. We will definitely stay here again!

10/10 to 10/18 We absolutely love this property and it’s in the best location. Close to everything! Especially our grandchildren. This property had everything you need and some. Bathrooms were very nice and well a pointed. Bedroom was very nice and the bed was so comfortable! I joked with the owner and said I want to figure out a way to take it home. Bedding was the best. Kitchen was great, fully stocked with everything you need and everything was new and clean. We really felt like this was our home away from home and will definitely rent again! Parking is also good. Communication was excellent the whole trip with the owner. We never felt ignored. The only thing I would suggest for this beautiful property would be black out shades in bedroom, and a long mirror in the huge master closet, for us woman, that’s important. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

Brand new unit felt like we were staying in someone’s home, not a rental. Lots of personal touches left throughout the unit to help make our stay more comfortable. It was very quiet and we did not hear any street noise or noise from the businesses. Bed was comfortable, huge shower and top quality appliances in the kitchen. Plenty of parking on the street in front of the unit. It was good home base for our motorcycle trip through the mountains.

The whole places was fresh and new. I visited during the Thanksgiving holiday 2025. I would not be able to speak on the quietness during regular time. I did find it interesting on the location. However I would probably stay here again. Some of the batteries were low in the remotes. The master bath shower is amazing, also a double vanity. Lots of room. There are slide doors throughout the apartment, and found I like that. The upper loft is completely open at the time I was there and got really hot. I figured the ceiling fans but not how to turn the light off for.Kitchen is amazing and spacious. Washer and dryer also off the kitchen area. A smaller full bathroom as you enter. Lots of closet space in the entire apartment. The master king bed was comfortable. There are no curtains within the apartment just blinds. I can be a bit bright of the night, but I found that helpful.
