EAGLEROCK is a spectacular secluded home located just 10 minutes west of Historic Downtown Hendersonville situated on over 3 wooded AC's. This private home is perched on the side of the mountain with commanding long distant views over 2 mountain ranges with a 50 mile view to Tryon Peak in the distance.
(We have now installed (2025) a 24KW GENERAC STAND-BY GENERATOR, so no need to worry about poser outages.)
An expansive deck runs across the back of the home and provides a comfortable outdoor experience to dine out and enjoy the view. There is a 6 person dining table/ 6 cushion dining chairs with umbrella and 6 cushion all weather wicker club lounge chairs.. There are also 6 plastic Adirondack lounge chair with cushions. (Winter months November thru April ) See photos for summer and winter furniture on the deck. A circular natural gas fire pit is also located on the deck which is ideal to sit around for the cool nights and great conversation. There are also 2 exterior speakers on the deck which can be controlled from the interior music system.
The interior of the home is professionally designed and decorated and captures a casual yet classic mountain lodge feel. A dramatic 2 story Great Room with grande stone natural gas fireplace (with remote) is the focal point of the first floor and is furnished with a leather sofa & love seat, & club chair. 2 Large 8FT high x 12 FT wide glass sliding doors open on to the deck with a magnificent view The first floor open plan also features a pine dining table seating 8, A cozy bay window seating area with two lounge chairs and ottoman. The well appointed gourmet kitchen and pantry (stocked with the basic spices and essentials)has a large stainless steel island and two counter height bar stools. All appliances are stainless steel. The refrigerator has ice and water in the door .There is also a bar height counter with three stools. A powder room is also located on the main level. There is a laundry room with washer , dryer, and stainless steel laundry sink. Access to the Hots Springs Spa is through the laundry room. Put your towels in the dryer when you go in the spa and when you come out they will be nice and warm!
The 2nd floor features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. There are 2 Primary bedrooms with large picture windows facing the view and a smaller bedroom with two twin beds. Both Primary have have king beds. The 2nd Primary bedroom and the 3RD bedroom share a full bath with a large tub/shower and toilet in a separate room. There is a large vanity with single sink .
The main Primary bedroom features a firm king mattress and has a comfortable TV sitting area with a love seat and lounge chair . There is a pine TV hutch in the master with a 32 inch TV. There is also a blue tooth receiver for playing music to the recessed ceiling speakers. The Main Primary bath has a large double headed shower with frame-less glass enclosure , a large vanity with 2 sinks, large oval soaking tub and toilet and bidet in a separate room.
All of the interiors were professionally designed and all interior furnishing were done in a honey tone pine with quality upholstery fabrics.

The exterior of the home features stacked stone accents and is professionally landscaped with mature native plants and trees adding to the privacy of the home. The property is professionally maintained.
There is a large concrete driveway area at the base of driveway that provides ample parking. for 4 cars
EAGLEROCK is a stunningly beautiful setting in the mountains yet just a short 10 minute drive to downtown Hendersonville
The view is probably no doubt one of the best in Henderson County!

NOTE: For our Guests safety and security we have installed a video recording door bell located at the main entrance doors to the house.
There is also a security camera located on the 2nd floor which is focused only on the driveway in front of the garage doors
There are also two video cameras located on the face of the deck oriented to the view that enable us to see what the weather is doing but offer no security.
There are no other video recording cameras elsewhere.
