Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
You must sign and return the rental agreement by email within 24 hours to the property owner before your reservation may be confirmed.
Owner lives on same 7 acre property. All Children MUST be supervised by a parent when playing outside the cottage.
No weddings, parties, events, or gatherings that exceed max occupancy of 6 are allowed. Failure to comply= immediate rental termination & no refund.
