Experience island living with a phenomenal ocean view from the top deck and convenient, walk-out pool access just 25ft from your back door. This beautifully remodeled, ground-floor rental is one of but a few on Crescent Beach that features such a phenomenal beach view. While other complexes are separated from the beach by a large expanse of tall dunes and long boardwalks, this complex sits just seven steps from the beach off the pool deck. Guests of this rental will also enjoy a full kitchen, furnished deck, and access to a shared pool, kiddie pool, tennis courts, BBQ area, and much more.

Less than two miles south, hop on the free boat and pay a visit to the Fort Matanzas National Monument. Drive 14 miles north into the heart of St. Augustine, the oldest city in the United States, and discover multiple restaurants, shops, museums, and additional historic sites including the world famous Castillo de San Marcos National Monument. This condo is amazing! Well equipped, right on the beach, you can hear the waves from every room! The location is perfect for walking the beach, golf is easily accessible, restaurants close by and hiking in a few parks. We loved our stay!

Very nice condo, with room for six. Great location in Crescent Beach and the beach was right outside the patio doors. Lyndsee (property mgmt contact) was helpful and responsive to all our needs/questions. This area was peaceful and quiet and our family had a wonderful time.

Great unit the beds were comfy, plenty of beach and bath towels. Newer appliances, great kitchen for cooking. The pool and the beautiful beach is just steps away. We will definitely be back as this condo will be our favorite vacation spot!

Great family stay!

We stay at Sandpiper or Coquina next door every summer with our family and we have stayed in several units. We love the ground level units and that sandpiper units usually have a washer in unit, that’s a big plus! We always love our stay here. Great location and we always have a blast! This was a nice unit… well maintained and stocked… right by pool and AC worked great too!

This was the perfect place for our family to experience Crescent Beach and St. Augustine for the first time. The Condo was laid out perfectly. The ground floor is nice and the proximity to the pool and the beach was very convenient. This place and the area definately had that "Old Florida" style to it.

Perfect Beach Vacation

Our family vacations in Crescent Beach every year. #116 at the Crescent Sandpiper is the perfect location to see and hear the ocean. The unit is newly furnished and has everything you need, including beach toys. The washer dryer combo is an added bonus. Saint Augustine has a wonderful variety of restaurants, Osteens and J.T. Fish Camp being our favorites.

Lovely first floor condo with everything

This condo was great. The kitchen had everything you'd need and then some. The furnishings are nice and comfortable. Bathrooms have been recently renovated. We have two young children and will certainly be back next year. Both the pool and beach are great too!

Our First Visit To The Crescent Sandpiper

We just returned from our stay at Crescent Beach. I can honestly say, we have never stayed at a more conveniently located condo. It really is just steps away from the pool and beach. The unit was very clean and served our family of 4 adults and 2 kids perfectly. If ever back in this area, will definitely stay here again. The owner/manager was a pleasure to deal with. P.S. highly recommend O'Steens and Creekside restaurants.

Perfect for a family with teenagers!

This was our first time renting at Crescent Sandpiper and we will definitely do it again! The condo was lovely, clean and easy to settle right in. It's the perfect location, just steps away from the beach. The girls were on the beach (which is never crowded) every day, all day. It was a great vacation spot because you can be busy with nearby shopping & historic sites, or just laze around and enjoy the sun & surf. We loved it!
