One of the few true ground-floor units on Crescent Beach, this 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo sleeps 6 and puts you steps from the pool with an ocean view from the living room and private patio, just seven steps from the sand off the pool deck. In-unit washer and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, and access to a community pool, kiddie pool, tennis courts, and a BBQ area — all without a single stair to climb. Not pet-friendly.

The Space

This ground-floor condo sleeps 6, with the beach and pool right outside your door — seven steps from the sand off the pool deck. The living room's sliding glass doors open onto a private patio with an ocean view over the dune grass. This unit does not allow pets.

Being ground floor means no stairs and no elevator wait between you and the pool, the beach, or your car. Fully equipped kitchen, central air conditioning, free WiFi, and cable TV are all included, along with an in-unit washer and dryer and a beach umbrella with two beach chairs for the sand.
