The house was exactly as advertised. It was clean and in a beautiful location. You can walk to town easily. It's very close. The host was awesome and responded quickly to my questions which was amazing. We used the hot tub. It's so pretty on the back patio. All of the directions for everything were clear. We loved our stay!

This place is great! It is nestled in a quiet neighborhood very close to the main village/shopping area of Lake Arrowhead. The house is very comfortable and has all the modern amenities. They even let us park in the garage! Tess and Dave are very responsive. Highly recommend this vacation home!

Peaceful escape surrounded by trees. We had a wonderful stay at this cabin. The best part was definitely the location—it felt tucked away from everything. Sitting on the back deck enjoying the scenery was incredibly peaceful. The cabin itself was clean, cozy, and perfectly matches the outdoor vibe. If you love quiet mountain locations and being in nature, this is the perfect spot. We will definitely be back!

I’ve never stayed in a cleaner rental. It was exactly as pictured and even better than I expected. I stayed for the entire month, and everything was perfect from day one. I was working remotely, and the room had a very convenient desk that made it easy to work comfortably. We hiked the private trails and it was gorgeous. Dave was an excellent communicator and made the entire stay seamless. I would absolutely love to come back!

Our stay at this cozy cabin was wonderful! Very spacious and kid friendly, and located on a cute and quiet street. The hosts were very friendly and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed making fires and going in the hot tub. The proximity to the town was very close making going to the store or to get coffee, very convenient. We will definitely be back!

Hosts are really on top of it with communication (even of you aren’t). Area is wonderful. You will see warning signs from the surrounding homeowners but they are very great people if you take a second to talk with them.Everything inside and outside the house were in great condition and as listed and the hosts were very kind.

This is a beautiful home and we had a wonderful weekend there. We all said that we would definitely stay there again. We came up to take our two grandkids to the snow for the first time. The locations is great, very close to shopping and restaurants which was so helpful when traveling with toddlers. The house is really nice and had everything that we needed. We look forward to returning.

Lovely location on a private mountain road, within walking distance of the Village. The cabin is wonderful with everything we could need. Our visit happened to be during a large snowstorm, so there was new snow to be shoveled every day. It was worth it to see all of the beauty. Would stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.

We've built our home to be our dream house, with modern conveniences for comfort but a cozy cabin feel for relaxing. We really enjoy tending our lovely garden nestled among tall trees, and, afterward, lounging in the outdoor Jacuzzi on the spacious backyard deck with a glass of wine. We know you'll love our mountain home too!

Why they chose this property

It is close to everything. Hidden away in a private quiet street yet close enough to walk to the Village and Burnt Mill Beach. On 4th of July you can see the fireworks from our front street; Labor Day is perfect for weather and events; Christmas is magical with a chance of snow and a wintry mountain. No matter what time of year, something fun is always happening at the Village from live music to Oktoberfest to holiday shopping. Whether it's the spring dogwoods in bloom, a cool summer breeze over the 100-foot cedars, the fall leaves changing or your first winter snowfall, you will always find a season to love. Oh, and you can bring your dog too!

What makes this property unique

Gorgeous landscaped backyard with wonderful mood lighting, flower and herb garden, hot tub under the stars and pine trees during late Spring and into Fall. A peek of the lake from the side yard, living room and top bedroom. Workout on the club-class treadmill, or just relax in the hot tub under the starts.
