Welcome to our cozy Cape house on a quiet dead-end street in Brewster! It is the perfect spot for families and friends looking to relax and enjoy all that Cape Cod has to offer.
This comfortable 4 bedroom, 2 bath home has plenty of space for everyone. The home has 1 bedroom downstairs, and 3 upstairs, one of which has 3 beds, perfect for kids or a group of friends. The downstairs bath has a stand up shower and laundry, while the upstairs bath features a tub/shower combo. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, cookware, and dishes, the back deck also has a grill. The livingroom features comfortable seating and cable TV. Love family game night? We have lots of card games and board games for the whole family to enjoy!
You'll love spending time outdoors on the spacious back deck, complete with large yard and fire pit perfect for evening s'mores and stargazing.
Located in a peaceful neighborhood, the house is just a short drive to Brewster's beautiful bay beaches, the Cape Cod Rail Trail, local shops, and great restaurants.
