Bright, stylish and cozy! Enjoy an open concept living space with a fully equipped kitchen, comfy seating, smart TV, etc. Perfect for couples, friends or solo travelers. This unit is walking distance from the Silos, surrounded by great restaurants, yet tucked away for a peaceful stay. This is the second floor, loft apartment and it'll have ample parking for you! You'll have exclusive access just to the top unit.

*Bottom unit is rented separately!


Please park on the "gray gravel"- we own all three houses, so please feel free to park anywhere you see the gray gravel around the property- thank you!! Try and keep the driveway clear, so all cars can get thru- we appreciate it!

Fabulous home! We loved the design and simple features. The ceilings soared with lots of natural light. Beds were very comfortable. We appreciated the special touches, even the coffee, shampoo, and body wash. The quiet area is across the freeway from Baylor and within walking distance to restaurants and the Silos. Fabulous place to stay with many convenient places to eat within walking distance. Also, every convenient to walk to Magnolia Gardens. Jess was extremely pleasant to communicate with. This is a lovely space, and it's in an excellent location just a couple of blocks from the silos - definitely an easy and safe walk. Everything was clean, updated, and felt very welcoming. What threw me a bit was that there are no closets -- in the bedrooms or hallway, or anywhere in the space -- so we had nowhere to hang our clothes that needed to stay wrinkle-free. I didn't think to bring an iron or steamer, and there were none on property.
