With 2 bathrooms equipped with showers, guests will feel right at home. The 2nd living room even has a comfy sofa bed for extra sleeping space. A spacious kitchen, family room, and living room offer plenty of room to relax and enjoy the views.
This first floor condo has a one car garage for easy access, a beautiful and private lakefront lanai offers beautiful sunsets and extra room. The condo is fully equipped, and includes beach chairs, 2 bikes and everything you need.
The community includes two heated pools along with pickleball/tennis courts. The excellent location is close top the top beaches, restaurants and shopping in the area.
Monthly rental only, available for January & February 2026.
