This lovely updated three bedroom/2 bath Sealoft Villa is perfect for a vacation with your family and friends. Located on the 11th fairway of the Ocean Winds golf course and a blue lagoon, you will enjoy fantastic views year round. You can hear the ocean as you are just a short walk from Seabrook's lovely white sand beaches. Take a dip in the neighborhood pool, or ride your bikes to the Beach Club's oceanfront pools (both seasonal). This cottage has it all with new bedding in all rooms, outdoor furniture, carpet in the bedrooms and loft, freshly painted interior and new stainless steel appliances (microwave, stove, fridge) to compliment the subtle coastal decor.
933 Sealoft is a lovely place to call home on one of the islands premier locations for both short and long term rentals. Head up the steps to one of the three decks - this one overlooking the lagoon and golf course. A table and 6 chairs offer the perfect place for enjoying coffee or cocktails. Upon entering, you will notice the hardwood floors, high ceilings, and comfortable furnishings. A large HDTV over the freshly painted fireplace provides the focal point of the living room along with a wall of windows offering lovely views. Twin sofas encourage relaxation and conversation. The dining area has a table that seats 6-8 guests; open to the kitchen so it is easy for the Chef to stay involved in the happenings. The kitchen has been updated and has gleaming granite countertops, white cabinetry, and new appliances. It is fully equipped with all your cooking needs. Washer/Dryer is centrally located in the hub of the house in the closet off of the kitchen.
On the first floor, you will also find two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king sized bed with memory foam and Pottery Barn furnishings. There is a TV, double closets and sliding doors leading to a small deck with a table and chairs. The en suite bath has a shower and oversized granite vanity. The second bedroom has a full bed with a twin bunk over it, plus a additional twin bed. White furnishings and deep ocean blues create a peaceful retreat. The adjoining hall bath has been updated with wainscot paneling, a granite topped vanity, tile flooring and a shower/tub. It is accessible from both the 2nd bedroom and the hall.
Stairs lead to the open loft that serves as the 3rd bedroom. With a queen bed, closet and beachy decor touches that add whimsy to this space. It has wainscoting, high ceilings, and sliding doors to the deck that has great views of the lagoon. Enjoy watching the wildlife in the sky, on the land, and in the water from this deck in the comfort of brand new furnishings.
Take a swim in the neighborhood pool located just a few houses up the street or walk to the beach and ride the waves to the shore. Head to the Beach Club, dine at the Pelican's Nest or Island House, golf or play tennis. Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club and SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office.
If you would like to bring your four legged family member (dog only), additional fee per dog to apply (up to 2 dogs allowed if under 25 lbs).

LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver's license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
