🛌 Comfort and Convenience:
Our home is a spacious retreat for your group of up to 12 adults and a little one with a crib. The first floor boasts three bedrooms, including two en-suites with full bathrooms, and a convenient half bathroom leading to the lanai and private pool. The two en-suite rooms feature king-size beds, while the third bedroom offers a queen bed. Every bedroom comes with a flat-screen TV for your entertainment. There is a portable crib in the downstairs master closet for your little one.

Upstairs, you'll find three more bedrooms and another full bathroom. The spacious master bedroom has a king-size bed. We have two themed rooms – a 'cars' themed room and a 'princess' themed room, complete with brand new furniture and mattresses. The themed rooms feature full-size twin beds, and all bedrooms upstairs are equipped with flat-screen Roku TVs.

A beautiful villa in a fantastic location. About 30 minutes from Universal (current I4 roadworks). Fabulous pool and spa that was gorgeous to return to after a day in the parks. The villa had everything you needed with plenty of phone charging points. Jessica was very easy to contact and responsive. Hope we will return one day.

Great rental!

Had a great stay! Kids loved the hot tub and themed rooms, the neighborhood was great to walk around and it was close to the clubhouse. Property manager had great communication and prompt responses. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect for families

We loved our stay here! We enjoyed using the pool at the house, and the bigger pool at the club house. The location was perfect for going to the Disney parks too. Jessica was great to work with. She was attentive to all details regarding our stay, and she was very responsive when I had questions. We will definitely come back!

Excellent family vacation

I cant say how much we enjoyed staying at this property during our family vacation in Orlando. The house itself was clean and the right size for kids, parents and granparents, the proximity to the amusement parks was perfect for an easy commute, local quick grocery runs, and a brief drive home for a respite from the spring break crowds. The owner/property manager was responsive and even reached out during our stay with an unexpected weather change to make sure we were comfortable. Overall we had an excellent experience!

Great home!

We loved our stay! We had plenty of space for a quick surprise Dianey engagement trip. Wished we could have spent a bit more time in the home. We took advantage of the pool/hot tub and were thankful for comfortable beds! Jessica was quick to solve a coffee pot issue delivering a new coffee maker in record time. The driveway is tight for 2 large vehicles.

Family Disney 2025

Our family had the best vacation ever. A lot of that experience had to do with our accommodations and location. The house was everything we expected and fulfilled all our needs. The pool area received the most use during our stay. Overall the house was clean when we arrived, except for the pool deck. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned (an empty water bottle and cigarette butt found under the deck chairs). The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pot/pans and dishes. The bedrooms were wonderful. The grandkids were so excited to see their themed bedrooms. The bathrooms were clean and it was such a convenience to have the supply of pool towels in the downstairs bathroom. Our only suggestion would be to have more places to hang wet towels and bathing suits in the upstairs bathroom. The family is already asking when we can go back. And as they all keep saying, "Best vacation ever!"

Awesome vacation home

We are a large family and enjoyed the space of this vacation home so much! My kids are already asking to go back. We enjoyed the pool and spa as well as the resort area. We loved how well the kitchen was stocked with all the things you need to cook while you are away from home. It is very close to restaurants and Disney. We will definitely go back to this property. Jessica was very responsive to any questions we had. I highly recommend this property!

Our kids absolutely LOVED the themed rooms. We had four kids and six adults. One couple had to share a bath with the kids, but it worked. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked breakfast and several dinners at the house. It was a perfect location and comfortable house for our family of 10!

Absolutely great

This is one of the best properties we ever rented using verbo , coming from California things are done a bit different here but everything was as described property is beautiful inside and outside , close to everything , 2 minor issues but called Jessica and she is so great in responding right away and she is very helpful in resolving it and guiding us to the right choice . I will definitely recommend this property to anybody and if I visit Florida again I will make sure to stay in same place .

Perfect home away from home!

Everything about this property was well suited for time together with our three adult children, and their families including five little ones. The owner promptly responded and was over the top helping to make everything just right. Location could not be better-private and quiet, yet close to ann hmm plethora of shopping and restaurants. Disney was only minutes away! We had room for each family to have privacy while having open spaces to hang out together. Walmart is less than 3 miles away! Memories created that will last a lifetime!

Family fun

My grandkids did not want to leave. Private pool and hot tub a big hit. Beds comfortable. Ate most meals in house and had all we needed to prepare. Community center with small store, splash pad, and play ground perfect for our grand children…ages 4,3,1. We did not use the pool at community center but it looked great. Easy access to shopping and restaurants. Traffic is crazy in the area but you don’t notice it at this gated community. Quiet, safe, very clean community.

We cannot wait until next year!

We booked less then 2 weeks before our scheduled arrival date and thankfully Jessica was a breeze to work with. We were in town for our daughters competitive cheerleading competition, which is stressful enough on its own, but we also added a new baby to our family this year. This beautiful home had everything we could possibly need for our 2 families to comfortably stay, including the baby. The kitchen was the most well equipped kitchen we’ve ever had, the amenities were top notch, and the extras for the baby - from the stroller options to the bouncer - were awesome. We can not wait for another chance to stay at this beautiful home again.

Fun for all

The property was beautiful, as described in the pictures. The welcome bag was very thoughtful. It contained a nice assortment of items from can sodas to detergent. There was a box of assorted tea bags and some spices for cooking . My grandchildren really enjoyed the themed bedrooms. It was nice to have a master bedroom upstairs for our adult children. Our group contained four generations .It was great to have a master bedroom, another bedroom with a king sized bed and a bedroom with a queen sized bed downstairs to accommodate us. Our children and grandkids enjoyed going to Disneyworld and swimming at the villa in the pool with grand pa. They also enjoyed the activities in the game room. We had a wonderful time. Amazing Stay for Disney for 4 Adults and 3 kids under 5

We are very happy to be able to book this place about 2 months out from our disney trip. It is about 40 minutes from airport and 20 minutes from the disney parks with traffic. The community is very nice, safe and clean. It's a gated community but once you get a tag it's easy to get in and out. We loved the heated pool and jacuzzi! Cooking and eating was a breeze with the kitchen utensils. We needed to buy some things but super walmart and target are super close. We got a brand new washer which is deep so you'll need a tallish person or a stool. 1 full bath upstairs and 2.5 bathrooms downstairs. the high ceilings really make the place feel so welcoming. We even got brand new disney dresses that our girls loved to show off.

House was very nice

The house was very nice as advertised. Pool and hot tub were great. We only stayed one night and then went on a cruise for a week. I was surprised the house did not have any napkins, paper towel, paper plates or Tupperware that was leftover from previous guests. I have rented many houses and always purchased that stuff and left the leftover. Also I saw online the house was not rented for 5 days before we arrived. We were driving to Florida and had asked if we could possibly check in early and she informed us that we could check in 24 hours early for 125. I thanked her but said we would not get there that early maybe only a few hours. So the morning of I asked her if we could get in early and she said it would be 150 before noon and 100 after noon. So price went up and she wanted 100 for 4 hours after we already paid 800 and only got the house for 17hours. I was not happy about that at all but the house was great and she did respond quickly to messages. I have never had a host not let me check in a few hours early as long as the house was ready.

Family Disney Vacation

The house was amazing. We had 2 small children and 6 adults staying. The amenities was GREAT!! For the kids there was a Crib, toys, and high chair was a blessing...oh yes and strollers too!. Thank you to Jessica for the surprise shipment. The kids loved it. The pool and hot tub was amazing. There was plenty of room and bedrooms for everyone. The Kitchen was stocked with all the right tools and gadgets for cooking our meals. Did I mention how close all the Disney attractions were? We spent 2 days at the park and it was so nice to have a short ride back to the house after a long day. The grocery store was just done the road as well, so we kept our refrigerator stocked. The clubhouse with the playground and splash pad was a hit. I would so recommend staying here. This was one of our top houses that we stayed at for a vacation. Thank you again for allowing us to enjoy!!

We are Western New York family, but our hearts keep taking us back to Disney. Your main contact is a Disney planning nut and owns the home with her husband and parents. I've spent my whole teen/adult life planning Disney trips for my family and for friends and clients, including our wedding and three Disney Performing Arts trips. My goal has always been to find the most efficient, most magical, most economical trip plans. I'm looking forward now to being able to help families do that constantly in the years to come!! I encourage you to let us help you plan your trip, beyond just booking our villa.

Why they chose this property

We wanted a house just like the one we had stayed in when EVERYone came...Grandparents, parents, children, grandchildren. This set up is perfectly suited for just that type of trip. It's close to the attractions but allows for true relaxation and family socializing time that you just don't get in multiple hotel rooms. It's even close enough to Disney that if you want to have a nice meal and drinks at Epcot, a taxi or Uber ride is an affordable and convenient alternative to the Resort shuttle and everyone can enjoy some drinks at dinner.

What makes this property unique

Our goal is to continue to make this the most child friendly home in the area...we have preschool aged twins and know how difficult it is to travel because you have to pack SO MUCH. We hope to provide most things that you would need, right in the villa, without extra rental charges. There is a 'CARS' super themed room for the boys (or the girl car lovers-that's my niece!) and a 'Princess' themed room for all ages. The salt water filtration system means your skin and hair will be softer and your eyes won't sting in the water! There is a toddler potty, toys, pool safety alarms/fences, bed rails, baby gates, single and double strollers, white noise machines, high chair, train table, full size crib, outdoor children's dining set, baby video monitor with dual cameras, deluxe pack n play with changing table and bassinet add-on, 2nd pack n play, exersaucer, Baby Einstein Bouncer, booster seats, shampoo and conditioner in every bath and baby specific products for the little ones.
