A private home nestled within the city, yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle. Enjoy a full kitchen with all the amenities and several unique indoor and outdoor spaces. Two bedrooms, one bath. Explore Seattle by catching the rapid-transit bus to downtown just a block away, a five minute drive to I-5, or walk over to Greenwood Ave for groceries, eats, pubs, and shopping. And make sure to relax on the back deck to view the curated garden, rain or shine.
The space
Dozens of plants, eclectic art work, and decorative lighting throughout the house create a unique space. There is a peaceful, eastern influence here.
Guest access
An entire, main floor of the house with living room, dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms, a 3/4 bath, front porch and back deck. Access is through the front door of the home. It's a big property with two other private apartments. If you see Bill or Vivian in the shared garden, say hi!
