This modern house offers the perfect getaway to enjoy all the best Sarasota has to offer. Conveniently located nearby everyday necessities such as UTC Mall, Nate Benderson Park, Urfer Family Park, great restaurants, natural grocery stores,  medicalservices, nature trails, and a short drive to either of the top rated beaches: Siesta Key & Lido Key.



Pet friendly with plenty of room to roam! The backyard is fully fenced-in for your dogs to enjoy along with outdoor seating area, a wood burning firepit and gas grill. Inside the home is an open floorplan with an oversized space to cook and entertain with counter height seating in the kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Leather reclining couches with TV and sound bar to enjoy movies sports and shows in comfort. The dining area features a glass top round table with seating for four. 



6 people sleep comfortabling in two custom king-size beds and one queen size bed. Bathrooms are updated with tile and decorative ceilings and use of moldings throuhgout to add to the character of the home along with built-in bluetooth speakers to connect with your phone to listen to music in the shower. Guests love the eclectic book collection of various genres offering entertainment and a chance to learn something new.
