This modern coastal retreat perfectly blends comfort, convenience, and entertainment, ideal for families, friends, or couples alike.
- Private pool ***Pool heating is available at $65/day, and must be requested 72 hours in advance. Please note, the pool will heat up to 20°F above the outside temperature and will not function if the outside temperature is below 60°F
- Game Room with Arcade-Style Fun and Family Favorites (with A/C)
- Beach cart with chairs, toys, and beach towels for easy trips to the shore
- 5-minute bike ride / 10-minute walk to the beach
- 4 bedrooms / 2.5 bathrooms (1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Full, 2 Twins) / All bedrooms on the 2nd floor
- Sleeper Sofa in living room (Queen)
- 2 full bathrooms upstairs with a half bathroom downstairs
- Well-equipped kitchen with cookware, dishes, utensils, and coffee essentials
- TVs in 3 of the bedrooms and a 55” TV in living room (bring your own streaming service)
- High-speed internet for work or streaming
- Washer and dryer for guest convenience

- All guests must be registered, unapproved visitors or extra guests may result in eviction and loss of rent
