The unit features a modern fully stocked kitchen with stainless steal refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, in-unit laundry, and an open layout for living + dining. this kitchen has everything you need to cook a great meal, bake your favorite foods, or entertain guests; from serving utensils to wine glasses, a hot pot for morning tea to single serve hot or iced coffee, this kitchen is fully stocked for your convenience.

The queen bedroom offers generous storage in the closet and under the bed for longer stays.

The home boasts 2 TVs for your entertainment; one in the living room and one in the bedroom.

The bathroom boasts a roomy walk-in shower, ceiling heater, tons of light, and storage. I love fluffy towels and I love lots of towels, so I make sure your fully stocked! I even have makeup towels and fresh shower scrunchies.

The pony house was perfect for what we wanted! Very clean, smartly decorated and upscale appliances. I would definitely recommend and not hesitate to stay there again!

The place was exactly as advertised and the bed was very comfortable. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood, and parking was very easy, plenty of street parking. There was a heating fan in the bathroom that was a nice surprise. There were plenty of towels, blankets and shower supplies. I have no complaints with our stay, and would recommend anyone stay here who is looking for a quiet place near the city.

We stayed at the Pony House for 5 days and LOVED it! You could not ask for a better location: close to I-5 and the studios and a quick zip to anywhere you may want to go while staying in LA. Plus, it is in the historic Rancho neighborhood, so people ride horses down the street and the LA Equestrian Center is close by. The unit itself is very private, with a HUGE patio with a seating area and dining area where we enjoyed morning coffee and listening to the birds. The size of the unit is perfect for two people, with a nice kitchen and bathroom and a good-sized bedroom. Bright and airy. The host was great at communication and is next door, if needed, yet the way she has the property set up, you really feel private. Many family favorites nearby: The Smokehouse is our go-to for Chicago style steaks, Portos is close for baked goods and sammies, and we discovered Base Camp, a cute breakfast place just up the block. Of course, Bob's Big Boy for classic car and neon viewing. I have stayed at a lot of Vrbos in Florida, Michigan and LA and can say this one was my favorite!

The Pony House was very clean and cozy and the host was very welcoming and helpful. She had great recommendations and was in a perfect location to see the different areas of LA. Would definitely recommend to other visitors.

If every guest were like Liem and Jess, hosting would be effortless! They were the kind of guests you barely knew were there—in the best possible way. Quiet, respectful, and incredibly considerate, they treated the home with such care that it felt like it belonged to them. When they checked out, the place was exceptionally clean and well cared for. They made themselves at home while also taking wonderful care of it, which is every host's dream. Liem and Jess were a pleasure to host, and I would welcome them back in a heartbeat. Five-star guests all around!
