4/10 Poor

This property was NOT cleaned properly - there were dead flies and other bugs all over the window sills and floors.Cobwebs under all the tables, chairs and furniture and floors. Nothing was wiped down from the last occupants, it looked like they just through fresh linens and towels out not even a new TP roll? Cabinets were bare from any TP or any paper products. There was nothing to tell the renters what to do or not do ? There are no overall instructions for the property, no book to sign or any book for that matter. No rules or regs, no way to know how to operate all the electronics in the house or out by the pool. Multiple remotes for lights, fans, tvs, etc. Nothing to tell what belongs to what. The bathroom toilets are all on chives and rock back and forth, bathrooms were also needing a good sweep and mop.No details for any local restaurants, places to see, places to eat , places to visit? What's to local community vibe? Neighborhood expectations? Also, checkout should be for 11am not 10am.
