Guests have direct beach and boat launch access, inviting outdoor spaces, and all the comforts of home.


The main floor features 2 bedrooms—a king and a queen—with a full bath, and an additional full bath (with a tub) on the first floor accommodates everyone comfortably. There is also a full-size bed in the loft for a fifth guest, making the house ideal for up to 5 guests. It also has a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities, making it easy to settle in for a longer stay.

Outside, enjoy the deck with Adirondack chairs and a dining table, or the enclosed porch with another dining set and rocking chairs. Down by the water, you’ll find chaise lounges on the beach and space for campfires under the stars. Through-wall AC units keep the home comfortable year-round.
