Affordable 7-bedroom house on the bayou in Monroe
Unique older home on the bayou in Monroe, La. Watch cranes, turtles, fox, fish, and alligator pass by the backyard here. Dead end location but only 6 minutes from I 20 at Pecanland Mall and a short drive to ULM. The home has a lot of space inside for larger groups who want to save money while working near town or visiting for college. This home is a work progress, but we are slowly making updates, we hope that you can overlook the cosmetics and enjoy the savings in your pocket from such a cheap price for this large home! 3 king beds, one twin bed, futon, couch, loveseat, and other furnishings. We do not supply bedsheets or pillows, but do have mattress protectors in place to make it easy to use your own bedding.
