Apartment located in the stately neighborhood between Santa Cruz and Plaza del Salvador. It is a very nice area full of charming places, such as the Cathedral, La Giralda, Real Alcaceres, Patio de los Naranjos, etc., all this can be found just 250 meters from the apartment. The Barrio de Santa Cruz is next to the one of Triana one of the most emblematic neighborhoods of Seville, which is formed by a labyrinth of typical and narrow streets full of architectural treasures, its flower-filled patios, the murmur of its fountains and the orange blossom aroma In the surroundings of the building you can find bars and terraces where you can taste the cuisine of our land, sitting outdoors enjoying our magnificent climate. They do not need to use a car, everything they need is located a few meters away. It is a quiet and quiet apartment located in a typical Seville House with a separate bedroom with double bed and large closet. The spacious living room is very bright and has a large sofa bed for two other people, flat screen TV and Wi-Fi. It also has a splendid balcony overlooking one of the main streets of the Historic Center, such as Calle Francos. The kitchen is fully equipped with all kinds of utensils and even a Dolce Gusto coffee maker, the appliances are of great quality. A warm and pleasant bathroom, and finally the best thing about the apartment is its large private patio, where you can spend pleasant evenings with your friends or family. Air conditioning, Wifi. It is a cozy apartment, it will definitely make you feel at home. From its main balcony overlooking the typical and famous Calle Francos, you can enjoy Holy Week as all the brotherhoods pass through this street. A unique place to remember.
We personally attend our guests and the treatment is familiar and close, as if they were our family. We have a customer service phone 24 hours a day, any need that our guests have will be solved instantly! Pets are accepted maximum 8 kilos and well educated. 100 euros deposit will be requested to be returned if no damage arises

Beautiful place, very clean, stylish apartment and a great theme throughout.Noisy of a weekend as bedroom is over a busy street with bars and restaurants but great for people watching on the beatiful juliet balcony. Very central to everything and close to Real Alcazar and Cathedral.Vert secure and safe location
Excellent hosts. Wonderful location. 1st floor is welcome after all day walking. Heat was also nice during the colder nights. Grocery store right next to building. Lots of good restaurants and bodegas nearby.
This is an excellent property. The front entrance is slightly tucked away however the communication with the host made entry very smooth. It is well equipped and clean. You are so central for the historic part of the city all the main sights were no more than 15 minute walk if not less. We felt safe and enjoyed the vibrant culture. There are a great selection of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance.We had one or two questions during our stay which we sent to our host, they were responded to promptly and assisted in making our stay stress free. We would certainly stay here again if visiting Seville.
This very cute place is centrally located near everything! Nothing is very far and there is a grocery store in the same alcove of the apartment, so super convenient! The check in was easy and seamless. The property manager was available and accessible (thank goodness I didn't need him much!)
Great location if you want be right in the heart of Seville. There’s a great little market with fresh bread and produce just footsteps from the front door. The apartment is large and clean. If you want to experience everything Seville has to offer my wife and I recommend staying here.
So pleased we booked this apartment, it was comfortable in an excellent location and had everything we needed. The added bonus is the shop just a few steps away. Communication was good from start to finish. Would recommend.

The property was quite disappointing. Although location is good but there was lots of construction going around it. The taxi was unable to drop us close to the apartment. The address is quite difficult to most transportation companies. We had to walk about 200 meters with our luggage over cobble stone paths to reach the apartment. Once we entered the building there was a very strong urine smell in the building. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

We appreciate all the comments from our guests as we like to improve, but it is difficult when you do not comment on the flat but on: works in the streets, in your city the Town Hall does not make works, and if they cut some streets to make works in order to improve, do you also complain?
Regarding the taxi company, I regret to inform you that, as with the Town Hall, it is not our responsibility. The street where the flat is located is a very well known street in Seville, very central, and all taxi drivers, not only in Spain, but everywhere, nowadays have Google Maps installed to avoid unknown streets.
Excuse me, but your comment is quite exaggerated and damaging when you make us responsible for companies that we do not manage. In your city, are there no roadworks, do taxis never get lost, do all your streets smell of flowers?
Finally, regarding the smell, I think you should be more responsible, as neither the flat nor the building has that smell, maybe some streets, but we are not responsible for some people who decide to use the streets as urinals, something quite dirty, but out of our reach.
Thank you for choosing us, maybe next time you come to Seville it will be totally different for your eyes.

We stayed here at the start and end of our Andalucian trip. The apartment is in a great location, just minutes walk from both the Cathedral and Las Setas. Comfortable, clean and well equipped. We loved the balcony in the bedroom, and spent time in the evening watching the world go by on the busy street below. Communication was good and Carla who met us at the apartment, sent directions which included a video of the outside entrance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again.
We had the best time in Seville, in no small part due to this VRBO. Its location was perfect: a 10 minute walk to the Alcazar, Cathedral, and Santo Cruz barrio, and in the middle of all the tapas bars you could possibly visit. It was immaculately clean, with everything we needed. It even had an elevator (although it's only one flight up, so we mostly took the stairs). It was, hands down, our favorite VRBO ever!
We really enjoyed our time in Sevilla. This apartment is central to everything you want to see. Grocery store is steps away, bakery very near buy, lots of restaurants and bars close by too. The apartment is great for 2, maybe three people. It’s decorated very nicely. We would be happy to stay here again on our next visit. I loved Sevilla!
