The villa we stayed was functional. However, the decor and furniture were outdated and worn. The master bedroom was very cold and freezing even with the heat turned up to 80 degrees. The parking lot was very dark at night, very poor lighting. We would probably would not book this place ever again.

The amenities were not in good condition and the bathrooms were not clean. Couldn’t use the tub in the bathroom as it had a lot of black junk coming out of the jets. There were stains on a lot of the towels. Wouldn’t stay there again unfortunately.

this was unfortunately not a great stay for myself and my family. We had a great trip overall but the unit was like none i have ever stayed. The cleanliness was at a 1 and i was uncomfortable having my children in the space. The pool was awesome but we hoped to be able to utilize the jacuzzi but it was not clean and available for use. The tub was not cleaned so i had to ensure my 4 year old did not sit down. Worst of all both mattress had obvious blood stains which i noticed when i stripped the beds as required. The blood stains were not on the sheets which affirms that the cleaners put new sheets on the bed, haven’t seen the condition. There were no natural cover on any of the beds and no linens for the pullout mattress. Overall, I couldn’t with good conscience. Recommend this unit as I’ve never stayed in an accommodation which was so unclean. Also, I had to sweep the entire unit upon my initial entry because there was so much dirt on the floor. When the fan stopped loads of dust fell onto the bed in the additional room which my children were sleeping. Overall, the location is nice, but the standards are too low for what is acceptable to provide to a guest.Again, I’ve never left a negative review and I’ll travel with many places. I will provide pictures shortly so you are able to see exactly some of the issues I had.I sent this message along with pictures to the owner and the resort manager and received no resolution, not even a reply from my email from the manager.

The balcony door in the master bedroom did not lock. Only one trash bag. Screen door to the balcony in the living room did not latch so ot blew open and rattled wirh all the wind. No blankets for the fold out couch!
