All new appliances in fully equipped kitchen. Master en-suite has a king size bed, 50” TV, full closet and walk-in shower. The living room has a large reclining sofa and 65”TV. Off the kitchen is an additional half bath with a full size washer and dryer. After a day on the beach, relax on the enclosed lanai (with pullout couch) as you watch the spectacular Naples sunsets. Only minutes drive to all that 5th Ave has to offer! Seasonal three-month rental includes all utilities, wireless internet access and You Tube TV. Owner lives locally.
