• Lights & Heat/AC: Turn off all lights and ensure the thermostat is set to Temperature, e.g., 76°F in summer, 65°F in winter. We greatly appreciate your cooperation.
• Doors & Windows: Close and lock all windows and secure all exterior doors. Hit lock button on the keypad A positive review from you would be wonderful; we plan to leave you one as well!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Welcome to host a group for dinner, we do not allow large-scale parties, external speakers, or loud music.
No smoking in the condo or the garage. Patio / deck and out front is fine. Please pick up.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo in Milford. It was conveniently located to the Main Street of Milford and it was easy to get on the highway back to the airport. The home was clean, decorated nicely and well appointed. The owner provided us with all the information we needed for our vacation and was easy to communicate with. We will definitely rent this home again!
