Guests enjoy a cozy bathroom equipped with a hair dryer, along with heating and air conditioning to keep the atmosphere just right. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or enjoying a quiet morning coffee, this lovely guest suite offers a comfortable retreat. Dining area at bar or dining area. Kitchen has mini fridge/freezer, condiments, coffee maker, coffee, microwave, small oven, toaster, 2 burner plate, utensils, cookware, plates. Location is close to 2 metro parks, 5 minutes to town that has a host of restaurants, grocery stores and night life. Ann Arbor is 20-minute drive.
Enjoy morning coffee or meals on deck. Deck also has charcoal grill with charcoal provided. Tiki torches to set mood and keep mosquitos away. Surrounded by woods enjoy the quiet nature and assorted wildlife, turkey, deer and so on.
Official size pickleball court with paddles and balls provided. Bonfire pit available for an evening of sitting by fire and relaxing.

Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and return the keys
Upon arrival pull up driveway and park by garage on the RIGHT HAND side. Make your way across FRONT of house down the steps and entrance off deck.
Driveway can accommodate 2 cars. Extra vehicles park in cul de sac at end of driveway. Do not block mailbox
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
There are musical instruments in the space, guitars drums so on. Those are for display purposes only with the exception if the guest is a musician.
