The open-concept living and dining area is the perfect hub for your group to unwind. Relax on the sofa and watch a movie on the TV, or enjoy a meal together after a day of adventure. Central air conditioning and high-speed Wi-Fi are provided throughout the home for your comfort and convenience.

Your inner chef will love the fully stocked, modern kitchen. It has all the necessary cookware and appliances to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a full family dinner. We loved the sunflower bungalow! It was a perfect home away from home visiting my college student for his fraternity’s mom’s weekend. I got to do his laundry. He got some good sleep and even my mom and sister got to visit him perfect place thank you close to campus mass Street and his fraternity house it was just perfect

Why they chose this property

We love Lawrence and all of its charm. The house is located close to the University and Mass Street (Downtown). Lawrence is a great place for music, sports, food and all kinds of entertainment!

What makes this property unique

This house was built in 1936 and has been fully renovated within the last year. It has a large backyard and is in a quiet neighborhood just close enough to everything, but just far away enough for some privacy.
