The check-in instructions were detailed and easy to follow. Tamika was a wonderful host! Checked in on us during our stay. The complimentary drinks and snacks were amazing, the property was clean and so so cute. We had an amazing stay here and I would absolutely choose Tamika's again for convenience, cleanliness, and overall comfort! This is THE place to stay in Wilmington!

It was a pleasure staying in this apartment, beautifully decorated, conveniently located, comfortable, and clean. Tamika was very helpful, prompt and professional in her communications. For example, due to temporary construction, parking was not available directly in front of the apartment, but Tamika was kind enough to provide permits to park in a nearby lot. Definitely would stay here again!

We really loved staying at this property. The space was newly renovated and very clean, with a lovely kitchen and bathroom. Bedroom was beautiful with a very comfortable bed. Street parking was easy. The host was very nice and easy to communicate with, and she checked in with us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. I can't recommend highly enough.

Great accommodation, good communication, and reasonable pricing. Area is kind of sketch and wouldn’t really take a stroll. But there isa nice little coffee spot the block over that we enjoyed.The place was great though and aesthetically pleasing.

This was a terrific place to stay, it was comfortable and had everything we needed. The bed was perfect the small desk was great for us to work. The location was also very good - close to things that we needed to get to. Tamika the host was wonderful and very responsive. Would highly recommend staying here.

My stay at Tanika’s Designer remodeled apartment was truly exceptional. The apartment is gorgeous and perfectly maintained, but what really made the experience stand out was Tanika herself. Her attention to detail, kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made me feel completely at home. She has that warm, friendly Delaware energy that makes you feel instantly welcomed.
