When looking for a home for your family to stay here in Florida it’s crucial to have an amazing outdoor screened in pool area for dining, BBQ’s an and games. The pool here is one of the larger ones around and the screened in room is the perfect set up. Within this space you can play the extra large ring toss attached to the house, basketball, Coney Island toss, or even ping pong. One of the best features is the dining area is all covered by roof top for a break from the sun while dining or relaxing. The backyard is also fully fenced in. Inside you have 3 well designed rooms with comfortable bedding and each have its own TV. The kitchen is open concept to both family rooms and indoor dining area. The house is split with one more private bedroom on one side and the other two far away for the privacy your looking for. Located so close to Anna Maria Island beaches this is the perfect location. Garage has a car charger is ready for your use so your vehicle isn’t so hot when you’re ready to leave. Protection from the sun and weather. We are a local couple working hard to help others enjoy this slice of paradise. Please note…. Garage has a car charger for electric vehicles. The pool is heated from 80 to 83°. The outdoor temperature can cause the water to vary and is to be expected.

Why they chose this property

This is one of the closest neighborhoods to get to the island. Its well kept and family orientated.

What makes this property unique

We have one of the largest outdoor screened in pool areas with dining and an evening settee as well as 2 lounge chairs. The screen is new and protects against those pesky small biters. There is a covered area outside from the rain and a grill as well as an outdoor TV to not miss any of your sports by the pool. The inside is more luxury than most of the rentals in the area with nice furniture and 2 family room areas.
