Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location
Host didn't provide check in instructions. Drove to house, only to find host at the house in a bathrobe. She didn't realize she accepted the booking for that night and didn't have a place to go as it's their primary home. We offered to stay in a hotel to resolve the issue. Host only provided a partial refund. 8 days later, I'm still trying to get the full refund out of VRBO. What a complete disaster.Host mentioned that she has not had the city inspect the house for VRBO, and then asked to switch to text messaging and direct pay for future stays. This is a scam. Stay far far away.
