With two bedrooms, one featuring lake views and a king bed, and another with a queen bed, guests can enjoy a restful night’s sleep. Wake up to lake views on the wrap around deck and take in lake life.

Out of respect for quaint lake life, please honor quiet hours from 10 pm-7 am.

We are fully licensed with the Minnesota Department of health for four guests. Please, no events, no parties, no gatherings and no additional guests.

Welcome to the Peacock Place, named after the original owner's who lived on beautiful Briggs beginning in 1931. This home has hosted many celebrations and gatherings around the beauty and recreation that lake access has to offer. The neighboorhood is home to families and quiet seasonal owners who enjoy peaceful lake living. We welcome you and hope that you fill the property with love and laughter just as the Peacock's did.
