Whether it's a family reunion, a birthday, or a couples' weekend with friends, the home is built so a big group can spread out and still be together, with mountain views surrounding the property.

HOUSE RULES

FAQs
● Pool heating is $125 per night and weather-dependent. In cold periods the heater may not operate effectively or may be temporarily unavailable, so plan winter pool time accordingly. The pool is covered, which makes it comfortable on cooler days.
● The home sits in a quiet area surrounded by nature, including a large wooded section behind the house. It's part of the setting many guests love, but worth knowing if you're bringing dogs, as the wooded area is not fully fenced.
● Rideshare apps occasionally misroute to the house. If you're taking an Uber or Lyft, plan ahead, guests driving themselves haven't had trouble finding it.
● Noise and air sensors are in the home for monitoring only; they do not record audio or video.
