The garage is shared with one other unit, fully enclosed, lockable, and includes additional lockable storage closets. There’s also ample street parking available in the complex and nearby on the main street.

--Cleaning Service: We can provide a cleaning service as often as needed for an additional fee, so you can keep your space tidy without any hassle.

--Stay Requirements: The minimum stay is 31 days, but we prefer 90-day or longer leases. For stays longer than 31 days, a lease agreement is required.

--Guest Supplies: The unit is stocked with essentials, but guests should provide their own consumables like toilet paper and soap for long-term stays.
