Nestled in Longboat Key, this delightful condo boasts 2 bedrooms - one with a king bed, the other with two full beds and a pull out trundle bed. The primary bathroom has double sinks, shower and laundry closet. The second bathroom features a bathtub, shower, and hair dryer for your convenience. With an open plan, living room and a sofa bed, this gorgeous property offers a phenomenal stay for up to 8 guests. We look forward to welcoming you to our place. **Minimum 60 day stay and guest will also need to provide a complete application with application fee and executed lease for association approval. **
