Sun, Fun, Golf, Family and more at the Poolhouse!

Come spend some time at the Poolhouse. The house features a resort style backyard that includes a propane powered fire pit, an amazing heated pool (pool heat is an additional charge) with waterslide and grotto, a spacious jetted jacuzzi, an outdoor kitchen and corn hole! All rooms are equipped with smart tv's with cable, comfortable beds, plenty of pillows and soft sheets! The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee pot, french press, blender, plenty of pots and pans, and everything else you need to make wonderful meals! Basic toiletries included, house has an iron, blow dryers and two queen air mattresses. There is a pool table, and plenty of space to relax and hang out.

Very conveniently located near U.S 60 and other freeways. Only 20 minute drive (cheap Uber ride) from Phoenix Sky Harbor airport, less than 5 miles to shops and restaurants in Old Town Gilbert, grocery and other shopping within two miles. Also with 15-45 minute drive of all Spring Training locations. House is located in a nice, safe suburban community with lighted sidewalks, located on the Kokopelli Golf Course. Cart rental included with green fees and club rental very affordable. Book a tee time at

Exceptional Property!

The "Pool House" is the perfect name for this beautiful property. My husband and I stayed the month of November 2021, and had our kids and grandkids join us for Thanksgiving. The house was set up well for extended families with 4 bedrooms as well as plenty of extra bedding and towels. I was afraid that it would be hard to cook a Thanksgiving dinner in a rental but the pool house was the most fully equipped kitchen we have ever stayed in. What can I say about the pool, it is absolutely beautiful and the kids didn't need much other entertaining since they had so much fun with the slide and jumping off the grotto. My husband and I really enjoyed the hot tub (which can be heated separately, a big plus in November). Courtney was by far the best host we have experienced. All questions were answered quickly and she struck the right balance of accessibility without being intrusive. Thanks Courtney, we will definitely be back.
