The property was absolutely stunning. We enjoyed the massive kitchen and bedrooms. It was nice having so many bathrooms and areas to hang out in. We saw some wildlife and loved that. 10/10 experience. Thank you for letting us stay there!
This home was perfect for our stay. The host was very responsive and provided thoughtful recommendations in the area. The home was clean and full of amenities. The views from the deck were spectacular. It was a short drive to town or a doable walk. Definitely recommend!
We absolutely loved the house and the location. We were very close to everything we wanted to see and do in Estes Park. We were right above the Stanley Hotel and minutes away from Rocky Mtn Ntl Park. The wedding was at Della Terra and it was beautiful!! We had a teen, an 8 yr old and a 3 year old and the loft area was fantastic for playing games and watching cartoons. The three bedrooms with king beds were fantastic and the fourth adjoining had bunk beds that were perfect. The amenities were excellent and the best stocked I have ever experienced. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home. We would love to come back some time!!
Our family celebrated Christmas along with our first grandchild. The houses was perfect for all and we had the best time ever! Loved the bedrooms all having king beds & private baths. Would definitely rent again!

Fantastic!! The experience was delightful.
I would highly recommend this home. We celebrated a late Christmas and the property owner even accommodated our request to leave the tree and decorations up until mid January. The home is beautiful and very well kept. The bedroom layout fit our family perfectly. We've rented many times in Estes Park and we all agreed this was our favorite!
We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property located in Estes Park with easy access to Rocky Mountain National Park. All three couples found the place to be quiet, clean, well equipped and large enough for us to have our own space when needed. Before our arrival, questions where answered promptly. No issues during our stay. Highly recommended!
This is a lovely home with lots of space and a great deck for mountain viewing. The Stanley is a 5 minute walk and RMNP is 20 minutes away. There's a large comfy family room upstairs and a dining room table that fits 8. Our friends loved the deck where we could watch the sunrise with coffee and the sun set with cocktails. I had a few questions ahead of time which the host promptly got back to me. They were also flexible with the clean up requirements as we had to leave early for the airport. There are a few minor repairs that I feel should be fixed for safety. I reported this to the host after our stay. The only real issue was that my husband couldn't get the TV to work properly and we didn't hear back about that. I would definitely recommend!
We stayed in this house last year and loved it. This year was no different. Lots of Deer and Elk very close to the Property, beautiful view of the Continental Divide. The House is well equipped. The 3 King Bedrooms were perfect for our 3 couples who are 60 plus in age. With construction around town, the location was great for Restaurants and Groceries. The By-Pass to the Fall River entrance was great. Even though the Fall River Entrance is under construction, we went right through without delays.
If you want to wake up and see snow covered mountains every morning, this is the home for you! This home is located in a quiet location but close to town and other activities. Having 2 master bedrooms was a huge plus! The home has plenty of room for everyone to spread out and a beautiful deck to enjoy your morning coffee. The property manager was super responsive and helpful with my questions. Being able to park my car in a garage was a huge relief knowing I could leave items in my car and not worry about it. 10/10 would stay here again!

Perfect place close to town but not too close!
We had a wonderful time in the home. We rent a VRBO every year in Colorado. This was one of our favorites! With two full living spaces, the children had a space to get away and watch their own tv, as well as adults. The bedrooms are spaced apart and two full master bedrooms, so no sound carries, which allowed for babies to sleep without being disturbed! The view from the first and second floor is gorgeous! Waking every morning to watch the sunrise reflect off the mountains was beautiful! God's creation!

Awesome House Near Everything but Very Quiet and Fantastic Views
Our family couldn't have asked for a better retreat in Estes Park. This stand alone unit had everything from large bedrooms to multiple TVs and two family rooms, (one is a loft for the kids to have their own space). We all could spread out and enjoy all that Estes Park had to offer. Close to town, The Standley Hotel, and easy to find! We loved seeing the Elk almost every day from the field across the street to walking through the backyard! We could see snow tipped mountains from the large back windows on both levels. The kids loved it! We would go back here again! Plus having one main floor master was great for grandma!
A wonderful stay and had everything we needed. However, we noted a few concerns:
1. The rug in the upstairs family room poses a tripping hazard: the edge is elevated
2. The range hood extends out too far and several of us banged our heads on it more than once.
3. The drains are slow and the toilets plug easily.
4, The weatherstripping on the bottom of front door is half loose
The property was nice. The oven was broken so we could not use it. Additionally it was frustrating to receive a request to sit in the property for 3 hours to meet the repairmen when we had paid to be there on a vacation and had commitments with family.
We also had to put the dishes away and wash all the towels before we left. This was not communicated before we arrived. If we had to leave quickly to catch a flight this would not have been feasible. I think you need to communicate these expectations beforehand to allow people to plan their time properly.
