License #6035 As you enter this two story townhouse masterpiece you are greeted with some of the finest living in Estes Park. Hardwood floors, granite countertops and comfortable furnishings await you. The living room has a gas fireplace and large flat screen television for your comfort and viewing pleasure. Once you look out the windows you will wonder why anyone would bother with a television! The surrounding mountains and wildlife will provide all the beauty and entertainment you came for.

The furnishings are comfortable, tasteful and perfectly suited to this fine home. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need for meal preparation or for those times you do not feel like eating out — or better said, getting out of your PJ's!

The master bedroom and bathroom are on the main floor. The king size bed provides exceptional comfort and room to stretch out. The master bath is the perfect place to "prepare yourself" for the great outdoors. The living room, kitchen, laundry facilities and a half bath are also on the main level. As you ascend the stairs you enter in to the loft. There are scenic views through the living room windows as well as comfortable seating where you can read a book, relax or play games. There is a multi-function game table that has built in monopoly, scrabble, chess and backgammon boards. The two upper bedrooms (one king, one queen) round out the perfect vacation package.

Location is everything! You are less than 1 mile from Rocky Mountain National Park and a 5 minute drive from downtown Estes Park. You are also miles and miles away from the stress, hustle and bustle of life.

Wedding stay

We traveled to Estes park from ocean view Delaware for our wedding in RMNP and the property couldn’t have been more beautiful! After traveling for 3 days it was refreshing to get to such a nice place to stay. We look forward to booking another trip in the future to this property!

This home is AMAZING! The creek behind is a great place to hang out! The scenery was beautiful and the property is amazing. We would come back here again - close to town but even closer to RMNP. Perfect experience for our family at our son's wedding!

This little piece of heaven was amazing. The checkin was so easy. We arrived and everything was so clean and neat. The beds were super comfy, the living room was so cozy. We had wildlife everyday in the back yard. This place was truly amazing.

Family vacation

The property was very clean and comfortable. We were able to head into RMNP, just down the road. The creek in the back of the home was very relaxing too. We were close to downtown Estes Park which was very convenient. I would recommend staying here for a family get away

Snow Trip

We absolutely loved everything about your condo. The view is beautiful ~ the location was great and it was very nice to have a garage especially with all the snow we had during our stay! We had a beautiful elk hanging out one day, which we enjoyed watching!

Enchanting setting close to RMNP

This property had a great location just a few miles from the entrance to RMNP and less than a 10 minute drive to Estes Park. It is situated along a brook that attracted elk. They came onto the property and could be heard bugling during the night. It was wonderful having two rooms with a king bed. My only complaint would be the list of requirements upon departing - strip the beds, wash and dry and towels, empty the garbage, etc. I would expect the cleaning fee that we paid to cover that. There were dirty knives in the wood block and the wash clothes were super dingy. I’m not sure why guests are responsible for washing and drying the towels - how does the next guest know that they are really clean. Plus we had a very long drive the day we departed and waiting for the washing machine to finish meant departing later than we wanted to.

This VRBO was better than expected, very clean, well appointed, great location, quiet. There was a Bull Elk on property our entire stay, we named him Romeo! Deer were also close to the property Good communication from owner. Would stay here again!

RMNP Hiking Trip

We came out to Estes Park to spend a few weeks hiking in RMNP. The unit was exactly as advertised - extremely comfortable and well appointed, great location and we loved being able to sit on the deck, listen to the stream and watch all the wildlife (elk and wild turkeys made almost daily appearances). We also loved that it was very quiet and we could actually walk into the park. it was just perfect for us.

Paradise in the Colorado Rockies!

This home was perfect for 3 adult couples! Gorgeous Mountain Views and a babbling brook off the backyard deck. The beds were sooooo comfy, as was everything in the spacious property. The location was great, too! Situated in a quiet neighborhood between RMNP and Estes Park. We can’t say enough about it - we treasured our stay here and didn’t want to leave! We highly recommend this VRBO!

The perfect stay!

I cannot say enough about this property. Convenience in every direction! So close to town, so close to entering RMNP, so close to trailheads, so close to fun and nature.... We vacationed with our adult children and their spouses and had an incredible stay. This home has it all and was perfect for the six of us. It was a great "base camp" for all of our activities. Such a wonderful place to come back to after a long day of hiking. It became a ritual to walk down off the porch and soak my tired feet in the Fall River for a few minutes. There was nothing this property didn't have. I would highly recommend this home to anybody looking to enjoy everything RMNP and Estes Park have to offer. Five stars +.

Perfect Location for RMNP Vacation

We absolutely loved this home! It is only one mile from the park entrance and 10 minutes from the town of Estes. The home has a very nice deck and sits right on the river. There is no a/c but we slept with open windows and listened to the river and actually got cold - a real treat coming from Texas in August! The rooms are spacious and all have great views and the home is immaculate. The only thing that wasn't perfect for us was the mattress in the master bedroom. It was uncomfortable to us, but that could be a personal preference. The other beds were fine. We would definitely stay at this home again!

Nice Townhouse

Our family vacation in this townhome was very pleasant. We enjoyed the river and the wildlife. Turkeys and deer were spotted daily. The managing company was quickly responsive to questions. It was a but warm during the day (no AC) but the nights were quite pleasant. The listing stated 3 bathrooms but actually only 2.5 which was not what we needed. Over all a nice property.

Beautiful Home Close to Park Entrance

What a beautiful home—and so close to Rocky Mountain National Park! We had a fantastic backyard view, comfortable bedrooms, a great kitchen…overall a relaxing place to hang witch good friends. We even witnessed a herd of mule deer playing and running together by the bubbling brook in back, as well as a bunch of Elk bucks grazing about 5 feet from the deck! MTN Masterpiece

The house was great, but it is connected to another house, so it is more of a townhome and we could hear the neighbors who were up late. The kitchen was well stocked and the views are great. The only minor issue was that the towels, which must be washed and dried by the customer, had a bit of a smell to them-like they may have been in the washer too long and were musty, even after rewashing and drying. Still, I would absolutely stay here again. It was so close to the park entrance and very quiet until neighbors arrived.

Though now miles from Colorado, we love to return for our own personal vacations and look forward to making Colorado our home once again upon retirement.

Why they chose this property

Estes Park has always been the perfect get-away from the busyness of life – whether for a dinner out or an extended stay. We absolutely love Rocky Mountain National Park, the incredible mountain views, and the serenity of mountaintop clouds and birds. The townspeople are so friendly even the elk want to come into town and spend time with them! With nature at your back door and Denver only 90 minutes away, it is the perfect location to enjoy the quiet yet close enough to go into the city for the day.

The first (and repeated) response we had to seeing this condo was, “Wow!” The vaulted ceilings and huge windows make it feel like nature and the condo are one. Because the condo development only consists of 6 duplexes, the area is quiet and allows wildlife the confidence to stroll right up onto the property. You can fall asleep to the relaxing sounds of the Fall River and wake up to the sun rising over Deer Mountain. This condo is the perfect combination of modern amenities and mountain lodge. It is minutes away from downtown Estes Park and less than 1 mile from the Rocky Mountain National Park entrance. You will see why we refer to it as our haven.
