• April 15 – June 30: Primary guest must be 25+, all others under 25 must be immediate family/guardian.



• July 1 – April 14: Primary guest must be 21+ (again, under‑21 guests must be family/guardian).



• Primary guest must stay for the entire reservation.



• This is a legal borough requirement—no exceptions permitted.
