Beautiful Private entry & yard, non shared space.

Beautifully decorated with hand painted oil and acrylic paintings. Large 400 ft unit. New Updated shower2024, AC split you can control. A portion of the side yard ( as pictured ) has been fenced off for you. ONE animal allowed, this includes service or non- service. You DO need to notify me if you're bringing a Animal. No Cats.
The suite is non shared and attached to the rest of the house. There are two Rental units on this property. Each on opposite sides of the house. This is Unit A.

Close to both airports, Tampa and Clearwater.

Busch gardens

14 minutes from the beach.

15 minutes from Veterans Hospital

This is a Self check in unit. Private guest suite, patio and fence yard.

**REGARDING TRAVELING WITH AMIMALS** We do not host cats. Due to the size of the unit and the comfort of the animal, We only host ONE animal (this includes service or non-service animals) For the sanity of other sharing this home...if your dog continuously barks when left alone... please do NOT book this unit. Your fenced part of the yard is different from ours, and provides a safe outdoor area for your fur baby. Please DO NOT book our unit if you have pet allergies. All blankets, comforters, pillow shams, and sheets and throw rugs are washed between guests. Pet hair does not always come out when laundered. I pay close attention to the detail of pet hair removal but it's easily missed. If the thought of finding missed pet hair on your linens disturbs you, this is probably not the right Vrbo for you. Normal household noise may be heard.

Coyotes live in our neighborhood ( They are everywhere in Pinellas county, even the beaches) so I do not recommend walking your pets late at night or at sunrise.

Clean room, nice fenced in area for our dog. Nice host! This was a business trip and this was perfect fo that as we had our dog with us. The review asked me to rate the pool for some reason, there wasn’t a pool and we didn’t expect a pool or need a pool… Not sure why it asked about that as it wasn’t advertised with one & we didn’t book with the intention of having one. Nothing negative to say at all! We enjoyed our stay. Thanks for hosting us!

Review of Seminole I was met by Dee as I parked my car. She kindly opened the door for me.This unit A is accessed through a private clearly marked fenced in area. Upon entry, it is a very attractive, spotlessly clean, attractively decorated unitIt has a light and airy and spacious feel. One wall features mirrored sliding doors which contribute to its spacious feel. Behind those doors is a surprisingly large walk-in closet. On another wall is a very large TV.The unit features a ceiling light and fan and a Daikin inverter unit for temperature control. It has cooking and eating utensils a bit distant from the preparation area.Otherwise, the space is well and attractively utilized. For cooking, there is a small microwave oven and a larger older Countertop Toaster oven. There is no cook top cooking surface.This little apartment Is convenient to Tampa airport, the Phillies Bay Care Park, where they play their home spring training games in March and where the threshers play during the rest of the season.It is also convenient to the Gulf Coast beaches. Check out was as seamless as check in.I enjoyed my short, stay here and will be looking to stay here in the future.
