This fully-furnished carriage house is situated in the heart of Savannah's Historic District, on the elegant and sought-after Jones Street. Located within walking distance of a variety of shops and dining options, such as Public and Six Pence Pub. Lovely Forsyth Park is also within walking distance, as are several event venues.

If you don't feel like walking, or need to go just little further to River Street, you can easily flag down a Pedicab for a quick and pleasant ride to your destination. Also available is the free Downtowner (its a local Uber paid for by the City)!

This carriage house has been a favorite lodging location of Joe Odom, a Savannah celebrity who played Paul Hipp in the film "Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil." This quaint location has a lush, shared courtyard that is often visited and occupied by the the owner's two dogs, a basset hound named Leon and a poodle named Pheobe. They love company, but if you're in the mood for privacy, feel free to ask that they stay home.

This is truly one of the best locations in the city, and after staying here you will feel like a true Savannahian.

50th Anniversary

The property is true beauty of Savannah southern charm. We loved the apt decor and very comfortable. We walked everywhere and Jones street is the most beautiful street in Savannah!

The property was difficult to find. I think the directions could have been clearer. We arrived in the middle of a rainy night and it was our first visit to Savannah. The person who I called was very patient and kind as she tried to help us. The property itself was clean, but very basic. Very few beverage glasses and only one of each. The kitchen needed a few basic things such as paper towels, etc. The freezer door kept popping open. There were enough utensils.

Amazing Place, Amazing Location

Perfect location!!

Nicely appointed rental in a perfect location on beautiful Jones St. Lovely courtyard is perfect if traveling with your dog. No car is necessary… all of the historic district is perfect for walking. Right around the corner from Forsythe Park. We will definitely be returning to this amazingly historic city!

Reviewer Comments: This charming carriage house is in the perfect location - within walking distance to restaurants, trolley stops, and several of Savannah’s historic squares and more. It was very clean and furnished with everything we needed. We enjoyed the rocking chairs on the front porch. This rental is dog friendly and they were very accommodating to our two dogs. Parking is a bit of a challenge, but we knew that before we got there. We figured it out pretty quickly. I would highly recommend staying here. We definitely would again.

Great little carriage house!

Perfect location between Forsyth Park and River Street, walk or bike to all the squares and restaurants in the historic district. We have been to Savannah several times before and loved this property based upon location and comfort of the property We will look to stay here again!

Perfect location

Located on beautiful street and can walk everywhere. Our only real complaint is the bed. Definitely smaller than a queen and uncomfortable. Otherwise great property.

Perfect for couple

This is the perfect little spot for a couple. We were greeted by the two cutest residents (Bo and Carlie!) It was quiet and in a great area. We parked our car at the local garage and walked everywhere. We brought our dog everywhere. Savannah is very dog friendly! Thank you Ms. Cora for an amazing little getaway.

Pretty as the pictures. But really poor sleeping conditions. Small bed attached to the wall. Also, main house has two big dogs with their door always open to sirvey/protect the backyard, our entry area. I would recommend the space only to small people without their own dog.

We loved our stay at this property. They gave great instructions on how to enter, by entering from garage area. The shared courtyard was beautiful and loved sitting there 1 evening and relaxing after a long day. The bed and couch were cumfy. Shower did not have hot water, just warm, but kitchen was water hot. They had a 2nd twin bed in loft (? we saw it they had a ladder up in the rafters, so not sure about this) the dogs Leon and Phoebe were so cute. We loved when they came to greet us everyday. Great walkable location. Only complaint was the not hot shower.

Great Location! But Aloof Rental Company...

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I lived in Savannah for a few years back. Coming back to visit, this location is perfect! The carriage house was very cute and comfortable.However, something was wrong with the shower and the water never got hot. It stayed lukewarm at most. Both sinks in the house were able to get very hot. I emailed Cora Bett Rentals through their email given on the app, just explaining that something was wrong with the shower. I received an email from an associate a few days later, not responding to anything about the shower, but instead asking me how I got a non-working email from the company! It was pretty weird. Nothing about the shower situation was addressed, and the associate seemed peeved that our email went to an inactive inbox... which they provided.There wasn't any formal way of checking in or checking out - and we never heard back from the property after we sent a text telling them that we checked out. Overall, the property was fantastic and we would stay here again, but I would not recommend this current property to a friend until maintenance fixes the shower issue. Customer service from the property management company was not great. Just be aware!

This property was gorgeous. The owners were incredibly sweet and replied quickly to any questions we may have had. The property was extremely close to everything in Downtown Savannah. There were two property doggos and they were so sweet. I will definitely stay here again if we ever travel to Savannah again!

This is an amazing place to stay. It’s right in the middle of downtown so you don’t have to drive hardly at all. The owners across the courtyard were the absolute sweetest people with the cutest two dogs. They are major dog lovers our Aussie loved being here and making new friends. The carriage house was so clean and the perfect amount of space for two people and a fur baby.

The BEST Stay!

We had the very best time staying at this sweet carriage house! The courtyard is gorgeous and was perfect for our 2 dogs. The owners were incredibly kind and welcoming. The location is also impeccable!
